Our objective

(2) Support and help members resolve various obstacles and problems, including negotiating and making agreements with outsiders for mutual benefit in operating the business of recruiting people to work abroad in order to benefit members and job seekers.
(3) Conduct research on business operations of the type within the intended objectives. Exchange and disseminate academic knowledge as well as news related to the overseas employment business
(4) Request statistics or documents or request any information. from members regarding business operations that fall within the intended objectives This is with the consent of the members.
(5) Encourage members to develop their knowledge and abilities. Efficiency and discipline of people looking for work abroad to meet standards
(6) Cooperate with the government to promote Procurement of work abroad, reducing the cost of people looking for work abroad Prevention and suppression of fraud Scam people looking for work abroad
(7) Promote the production of human resources in sufficient quantities to meet the needs of the overseas labor market.
(8) Make an agreement or set regulations. and ethics for members to practice or refraining from performing the duties in order to carry out business operations of the type within the intended objectives.
(9) Compromise disputes between members. or between members and job seekers or members and outsiders in conducting business.
(10) Promote private sector training centers to meet the standards required by the international labor market.
(11) Promote private sector skill testing facilities to meet the standards required by the international labor market.
(12) Encourage members to provide legal financial institutions for overseas job seekers to borrow abroad. In order to reduce the burden of interest expenses.

(14) There is no profit sharing objective. or income to members or act in politics

(16) Not having any of the following objectives:
(16.1) Conduct business by the association itself or enter into operation of the member's business or become a shareholder or partner or joint venture in doing business with any person
(16.2) Take action in any way in order to push down the price of service fees unreasonably low or make them unreasonably high or causing a stir about the price of service services
(16.3) Give money or lend money to members or any other persons. unless it is for public charity or according to moral duty or as is appropriate for society
(16.4) Take action in any way to increase, reduce, or limit the amount of job seekers going abroad and such action is detrimental to the market. within or outside the country or national economy
(16.5) Carry out any act that destroys the competition that should occur in the normal course of business. Unless it is in accordance with policy or government regulations.
(16.6) Take action in any way which may be a threat to the economy national security or peace and order or good morals of the people
(16.7) Discourage or prevent anyone who has the qualifications to become a member according to the association's regulations from becoming a member, or force in any way to become a member involuntarily, or cause a member to leave the association with an intentional intent. dishonest or contrary to the regulations of the association
(16.8) Disclose statistics, documents or messages regarding benefits. specific interest of any member unless there is written consent from that member
